Disappointed

Package arrived in terrible condition wrinkled and dirty. Dress was not folded but bunched in a ball inside, had a small lipstick stain on chest. Seems as though it’s been perpetually returned. If it was ironed I’m sure it could look okay… Also, yellow color is much less vibrant than photo. It’s an extremely muted yellow. Fit was… strange.

Received wrong item

Purchased a yellow dress. Received a green linen placemat. This isn’t the first time that is happening to me. But I was always very kind and patient, and I would just return it back to Bloomingdales. But this is absolutely unacceptable! Please, please, please- hire people why pay attention what they ship to their customers!!!!
