Lid Design Perfection!

Wonderful design. This lid is perfect in every way. It stores flat, when on the pan it allow others pans to stacked right on top of it. While cooking, it is easy to view the progress of your dishes thanks to the see-through glass while creating a perfect seal. Easily goes from stovetop to oven. Nice enough to serve table side. Due to the flat lid, it makes it easy to place the leftovers in the fridge for the next day. Also great for advance Christmas or Easter meal prep. The removable handle (sold separately) eliminates the need for an oven mitt. Finally, these lids conserve on dishwasher space. I have used the most expensive cookware and Cristel's Casteline line are by far my favorite!
