Love this pan. Heats up fast, cooks great, and love the handle. The copper will turn yellowish so be aware that it won’t stay the same color as when you get it.

Incredible sear in a beautiful pan!
This saute’ pan exceeded our expectations in every way. We have been using a “copper core” saute pan for a few years and love it. We were reticent to purchase the Hestan because we liked our current brand. We decided to take a chance and pleasant surprise - the Hestan did the BEST sear ever! Frosting on the cake is how well the pan is made (flush handle rivets) AND it is beautiful! Love it!

Cooper saute 3. 5 quart, outstanding!
