Good copper option for Hestan ecosystem
Staying with hestan for the inserts and lid compatibility. There are thicker copper ply and proper full copper-tin options for the same price, and so this is a situation where you’re paying for branding over performance/value, but since everything else in my kitchen is Hestan at this point I’m fine with the trade off. It’s still a great pot at the end of the day.
