So Disappointed with Macy's Handling
I was so excited to receive this bag in the mail. When I did, the box it arrived in looked so mishandled. Even worse when I took the bag out of the box. It wasn't wrapped in original packaging and all the coach price tags were removed. There was no protection on the bag at all. It was just thrown in the box. It had a stapled reticket tag. The inside was dirty and had crumbs. The hardware was super scratched and the bag had scratches as well. The coach care cards were missing. This bag was obviously used by someone for a few days and then returned in full. I am SO disappointed. I will not be purchasing handbags from Macy's anymore. You think that if you pay so much for a bag, they would send you a bag that wasn't messed with.

Stunning Bag
I cant believe this bag is still here..... I bought this bag a couple of months ago and what a beauty. The color is so rich and the quality is amazing. Ive carried it many times and have recieved compliments everytime. Ive had no issues with color transfer or spotting from a few rain drops. This is a must have before there gone.

Disappointed
The bag is super cute, and the design of it's gorgeous but I wish the color was a bit more of a brighter red. Although I love the bag, when it arrived it was scratched and the suede looked rubbed. I don't know if this was the display but Macy's should pay attention when sending items out, specially items that are more expensive. We are paying for it we expect good quality not something that looked like it was tossed around. I will have to return.

Beautiful bag, holds a lot. Used spray waterproofing on suede portion to avoid color transfer. Love!

Quality
This bag is the best bag ever! I am in love with Selena Gomez so that helps too. The quality of the leather and the suede is superb. Based on reviews, I bought leather protectant spray and applied before use. So far no issues in the last (wintery) month. I also love that it has magnets on either side of the bag, convenient for quick open and close! Highly recommend

The moment I saw this handbag I fell in love with it. Perfect shade of red. Not too big or small. Very spacious. It gives the perfect pop of color to any outfit.

I love this bag!
I thought about this bag a lot before finally taking the plunge and purchasing it. It is in my book a bit expensive for an everyday bag but I got it anyway and I am so glad I did. I have been searching for the perfect red bag for about ten years now and this is it. I love the shape, it is versatile and can be dressed up or down, it is a great size and can be carried in hand or with the across body strap. My only complaint about it is the suede gets dirty really easily and so I wish that the whole bag was leather instead of having suede accents. I am super careful with my bags (especially when I spent so much money on one) but no matter how careful I have been the suede still has colour transfer on it from my jeans. Such a shame as otherwise this bag would be 5 stars. I wanted to get it in the pink but now knowing how easily it marks I would say to anyone thinking about this bag, the darker the bag the better. Otherwise this really is a beautiful and timeless bag.
