Defective Zipper

I purchased this handbag two years ago and after one year the zipper broke. Thinking the zipper was defective when I purchased the handbag, I purchased a second one last year. Again, the zipper broke on this handbag, just like the first one.

Not as pictured

I love coach bags but this bag is not what I expected. The leather in the picture seems softer and the bag I got has more of a pebbled stiffer feeling leather. I like the size. I had taken the tags off already so I can't return it.

Nice spacious bag

I like this bag, I love how roomy it is, I love the shape, it's not smooth leather which I already knew, I returned it only because I wish I could have gotten it in a different color, I can't justify another black bag even though the price is awesome, every time I see it pop up I have to try and refrain myself for getting it lol.

Needs more pockets

The bag has good quality, and the strap has some width to it. It also has enough room inside for your personal stuff.Wished it had an outside pocket of some kind.

Not refined leather pebble leather

I am upset the description says refined leather but it is pebble leather. Change the description so it is correct. Now it goes back to the store.
