Will send you in the wrong size bag
This bag is very pretty. But they sent me the wrong size bag size ..the bag should’ve been 19 inches long According to the website dimensions of the bag. The bag bag they sent me Was a small size bag 14 inches in length. They Sent me a Nother bag to replace that bag and again it was the The wrong size bag small size bag not the large tote that they have advertised to be.19 inches in length

color is wrong
I bought this bag on sale for my wife for Christmas this year, and I got it in the Sky/Silver color because it was on sale for a good price at the time, however when I received it in the mail I was surprised to see the color was more of a lite blue than a silver. The photo makes the purse look more white however the real color is more of a sky blue than a sky silver. bag is nice though.

Love this bag!
This is my first Coach bag and I absolutely love it. The small concern is that this bag doesn't have linen inside. Have never had a bag like that and hope it will work perfectly. So far so happy. Perfect for everyday runnings.

JUST NOT A COACH PERSON
Even with the sale I returned this Coach Tote. Although it's well made I rarely purchase Coach items. The inside is just a hole with no lining ...sorry just not my cup of tea. For those of you who like this design ...or just love Coach bags it's well made and a pretty color. For those of you who follow my reviews you know my mid-designer favorite handbag makers are Brahmin and Dooney and Bourke. I love plenty of separate inserts and a security zipper. A sale is only a good sale if you love the product and know you will use it. I trust this information will be helpful in your deciding whether to buy a label or a handbag that fits your needs. I don't like just dumping my items inside a bag with no inserts or security zippers. I cannot recommend this bag ...don't hate on my, please for not being a Coach person:-) T.10-30-18 NJT 5:18 PM

Love it!!
I got the grey color for my bday as i needed something that i could use as an everyday work bag. I am loving it so much for its simple classic look and the fact that i could put so much stuff inside just like my 2 other neverfull purses! Highly recommend!
