A fun and flirty dress

Really gorgeous, well made, shell is 100% cotton, skirt has an organza layer that really poufs it out for that volume. It’s very betty boop minnie mouse classic kate spade but it’s sooooo short on me. If I bent over even slightly, all was exposed. I am 30 years old so I really have no business showing all that and will have to settle for a longer dress. Well suited for someone with a short torso!!! I would say this runs slightly large. An xs was a tad loose on me, I normally wear 0 for staud.
