No longer a caring brand
Bloomingdale service is just bad. We ordered 11 of these and after 30 hours, they only fulfilled a partial order. We called to cancel and they were useless.

ridiculously overpriced but with an oval-shaped dining table there aren't many choices for oval-shaped placemats

Hard to determine color from tiny photo
I like my placemats, but they are not the color I would have chosen if I could have actually seen what color I was selecting. Several of the tiny swatches looked the same. For the price, I would think they could do a better job.
