Really a disappointment. The dress at the store had makeup on it from another customer trying it on. The sales associate tried to strong arm me into buying it as is -- since it was the last one -- and took a makeup wipe and was trying to clean it. I told her I wasn't going to spend that amount of money on a dress that had makeup on it. She told me the dress I would buy online would likely come from her store, since that location was close to me. I went home and ordered the dress. The replacement came from another state. I guess that store had hung it on the rack and let it drag on the ground. There were black streaks as if someone had dragged it through the dirt--not just on one area, but about six inches of the entire hem. I immediately went to the store and returned that one. The quality control is really hit or miss -- and I don't know what's going on, but this is really unacceptable. I finally just ordered a pristine dress from Chiara Boni in Italy.
