perfect eyeliner

first time use liquid eyeliner, but result is obvious and just need little exercise, easy to carry and perfect size

Not Happy

I'm sorry, I was disappointed in this product. This di not work as I expected. As soon as I placed it on my water line it went away. A lot of money spent, or should I say thrown away.
