I wanted to love this sweater

I bought this sweater online on 12/29 with 2 day Shoprunner delivery; it arrived on 1/05. It arrived in a tiny plastic shipping bag 9" x 8.5" and was tightly wrapped in tissue paper. It was completely wrinkled, had lint and animal hair/fur on it. It's going back. Bloomingdales should do better than this. I'm totally disgusted as I was looking forward to what should have be a beautiful cashmere sweater, that was not full of wrinkles, lint, and animal fur. Not to even mention the 7 day delivery time that should have been 2 business days.

Nice sweater

I originally ordered a Medium but changed it to a size Small. It fits perfect. Not too fitted yet not loose at all. I like the neat and clean look. The pearls on the collar give it an elegant touch and I dont need jewelry to it.
