What It Is

The BYREDO candles are all unique scents created for fragrancing the room and home. The candles are handmade in France using mouthblown glass and cotton wicks. Even though each fragrance has a specific wax formulation, they all come in signature black wax.

Too strong

I wear Byredo rose of no man’s land and love it. I think this candle smells good but it’s just way too strong and overpowering. I had to return it - it was just too much in my space without even lighting it

Lovely Scent, Amazing Throw

I first smelled this candle at the Glossier store in LA during their first grand opening. I saw this beauty and knew I had to get it. It is such a lovely rose for me, not a rose lover. It has amazing throw and I repurchase this over and over.

Not my favourite

I like smoky fragrances and I like rose fragrances so this sounded like a perfect match. However, it smells like somebody set fire to a bunch of tyres and people sent roses to the funeral. It's just not a pleasant smell to me. Other people clearly love it so don't take my word for it.

One of my fav candles. It smells like expensive fresh rose flowers with a twist.

Great candle

I really enjoyed this candle, the rose is grown up and a bit moody, there is some natural spiciness and it throws really well for a small votive. There was no issue with pooling and the black wax looks chic. I was a little unsure of this brand as I have heard mixed reviews but it performed really well. My only qualm was the price. For the size and burn time this comes in pretty high.

Beautiful

This is a very loving warm cosy sent, which is perfect for the bedroom. It has a good throw, and even when the candle is not burning, you can still smell it.
