Powdery Particles
I bought this eye palette because I was looking for lovely matt eyeshadows. the colours as indicated on the web site looked just perfect, natural nudes and greys. The packaging is lovely, but the shadows are so powdery there is too much fall out. the brush that comes with it it only like the tapered side which gives great control, but the other side of the brush is not very soft and too little in mass with the bristles. I'm really quite disappointed because if the greys don't blend well you end up just looking like you've been down the chimney! For a high end product this just doesn't make the grade.

TOO POWDERY
This palette has a really nice colour scheme and the packaging looks adorable, but the quality of the shadows is not quite up to par. The pigments will perform their best if I used them with a damp brush. Otherwise I’ll get lots of petite crumbles under my eyes and in my eyes. In short it's very powdery and not pigmented.

Great colours
Feel like these By Terry eyeshadow palettes have not been very loved by many, which is a shame. I have a very large eyeshadow palette collection that I declutter often but I have hung on to this neutral one (and the other colourful one By Terry used to stock). They apply beautifully, do not accentuate texture and last a very long time. What more could you want? Love it!

Such a nice everyday palette
It became a staple in my collection and I use it almost-daily. I do have a lot of eyeshadow though. This is so creamy and moderately-pigmented, that you can apply it on the go. It's easy to blend. I only wish that 2 of the colours were swapped with something brighter for a more-fun look. But considering this is a more mature brand, probably most consumers are happy with the selection. I would totally recommend it to more mature women and for people who like to play-safe and just wear natural makeup.

Beautiful palette
I have had this palette for quite a while now and have used it nearly everyday. All the colours are very wearable and I really love the matt finish. It is very easy to create a smoky eye. I thoroughly recommend this beautiful collection and will certainly re purchase!

very neutral high quality palette
the eye shadows in the palette are very soft and creamy, and have fairly good pigmentation. they blend very well. This would be great every day palette for someone who wants elegant, cool toned every day looks, easy to use but nothing adventurous. It is a bit too cool for my liking though.

This is a fantastic pallet the colours are so stunning and beautiful eyeshadow goes on so easily and it lasts all day and night. Got at a great price it was really reduced I would highly recommend to everyone that loves eyeshadow and so many colours for day and night

Not for me
I just didn’t really understand the Palette, I liked the colours but one I put them on my lid they were very sheer, didn’t blend well and were chalky. Save your money!
