Quality not up to par

Super trendy and cute sweatshirt for my daughter! It's super soft and she loved it. BUT within a day or two of wearing it, it developed so much pilling, there were fuzzy balls everywhere! My daughter didn't even rub against anything. Something this expensive shouldn't be pilling so quickly :(
