Disappointed

I spent my very last 300.00 on this dress for it to arrive without the belt! My daughters promotion dress was ruined! Promotion 2 days away, no dress and no money to buy another one due to waiting on a refund. Totally unacceptable for such a high dollar item. I would have rather had the item than the refund. She really wanted that specific dress for her promotion day!
