Never received my order

I never received my order, The package was sent by ups then ups sent it with usps, they told me that they left it at the door and never took the photo of the delivery, I made claims with bloomingdale, usps and no one was responsible. I just lost my money

I’m literally in love with it ! Have in mind that you probably will have to have the size fix in a watch store , bc it’s a bit too big. But it’s so cute and delicate, I’m literally obsess! The box was a little damage but I’m still so happy about this purchase !!!!!
