Poor Experience

I recently sent this product as a gift, and unfortunately, the experience was very frustrating. First, the shipping tracking was inaccurate, causing confusion and delays. It was difficult to get a clear sense of when it would actually arrive, which was disappointing, especially for a gift. Additionally, despite my order specifically requesting a gift card to be included with the package, it arrived without one. This was a major letdown, as it was meant to be a personal touch for the recipient. Overall, while the product itself might be fine, the issues with shipping and missing gift card really impacted the experience. I would be hesitant to order again without assurance that these issues are addressed.

Moronic shipping

You probably intend to purchase this as a gift. Don't. It arrives shipped in the gift box itself, with no protective outer packaging. It looks like it's been tossed around in the mail with dents and dings and scuffs. It is not suitable to give as a gift looking the way that it does upon receipt. The products inside have fallen out of their individual cardboard slots. It looks like a mess, and Bloomingdales customer service is unable to do anything about it,
