I’m a barber and I do mostly skin fades all day.I have been using the braun for almost 4 years,starting with the 3 series.I absolutely love this shaver and how smooth it leaves the skin.the original shaver head literally lasted me almost 9 months of shaving all day everyday.I’ve had the 9 series for a year and a half,and already used 5 replacement heads...I clean my braun daily for sanitation purposes...I truly wish I could find a good replacement head.I’m about to start looking at other shavers

Replacement foil and cutter are substandard
I have always used Braun; 30 years satisfied with this brand. A while ago, when I decided to upgrade my Series 7 I naturally bought a Series 9. I loved it until I had to replace the head, about 18 mos after purchased. The first replacement blade took some time to break in but I dealt with it. The 2nd set was purchased 12 mos later and was worse than the previous ones. After 7mos I’m on my 3rd set and am using my old Series7. I want use use the 9 again.Where can I get a set like the original?

I don't know what I should do !!
greeting !!!I have been used my head replacement for 15 month as Braun company mention you must change the head replacement after 18 month of used !! after all reviews about this cassette I'm really confusing to have new one or should keep the one I used it ?? please I need a advice ?

Make a Quality Head Replacement
Series 7 was the best. Series 9 it is obvious you have a cassette 92S problem. The head Does Not last 18 months based on the reviews below and my head’s plastic middle two parts falling out. The original head on the brand-new shaver (series 9) last 18 months. The second replacement was 12 months. This time 6 months. Why are you using plastic parts? Restore your trust with a long term consumer.

Very bad quality head for a great shaver
I have owned Braun shavers for over a decade and bought series 9 in November 2017 to replace a series 7, and I love the shaver. However, since November 2017, I have had to replace the head 4 times making the average life span of the head about seven months. This time around, the top protective layer of the head that comes in contact with the skin ruptured (I have the photograph) causing severe discomfort before I noticed. Such BAD QUALITY of the head for a GREAT SHAVER is UNACCEPTABLE.

Poor quality
Read the poor reviews and still decided to take a chance and got one. Well they were right. Poor quality as it keeps cutting me over and over with a bad shave. Missed multiple areas and it takes forever to complete a shave where I want go go back to raiser blades. For this price very dissatisfied and disappointed. Flagship model does not mean the best. Original head was way better and this new replacement is not the same only after 4-6 months of use already failing.Braun fix it or lose customers

Terrible
My shaver head lasted for about 5 months until it started to come apart and cut up my face. I have yet to order a replacement because after reading reviews all over the internet, it appears to be a waste of money. I should not have bought this shaver in the first place, a total waste of money. My older Braun worked great, but it doesn't appear that Braun cares to fix the issue with the Series 9.

Not as advertised
Wish I would have thought to read the replacement head reviews before the purchase of my series 9. I am very pleased with the unit itself but the cutter head didn't make it 6 months and they advertised 18 months. additionally, the heads are overpriced for the time they last. FIX THIS ISSUE BRAUN I PAID ALOT LOT OF MONEY FOR A TOP QUALITY SHAVER
