Beautiful heels

I purchased these designer heels and while the shoes themselves are beautiful, they arrived without the original protective dust bag and without the replacement heel caps. For a designer purchase, I expected all standard accessories to be included. The heels are still gorgeous, but the missing items were disappointing.
