Never Recieved

I was really excited to order these sandals online. When I placed the order, I understood that the package would require a signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, the carrier did not follow those instructions and left the package anyway. Long story short, my package is now missing, and Bloomingdale's doesn't want to resolve the issue.
