Lost Mid-Shipping, Still Being Charged

Bloomingdale never sent this item, lost or never shipped, and they have been “investigating” for almost two months now. I’ve called in numerous times only to tell me that they are still waiting for an update from the carrier, yet, they provided some documentation to have AMEX charge me despite the unresolved issue and disputes. Deeply disappointed in the way Bloomingdale is handling this incident. I recommend that you do not purchase this online, or maybe have it pick up option at one of their locations, so you can avoid your $4,000+ item getting lost but being charged to your CC.
