POORLY Done Alterations

A few weeks ago i purchased a Hugo Boss suit and sport jacket and had it , what I thought would be easy to do, alterations done by 2 [professional ?] Bloomingdale tailors. TO MY DISMAY, after spending almost $150 for the alterations, when I returned to pick up the garments [fortunately I didn't take them home] not only were both garment ILL-FITTING beyond belief but some of the alterations paid for were not even done! BOTH of the tailors should be retrained since they are a tarnish to Bloomingdales reputation. Luckily the head tailor was on the floor and I could see that she was shocked by the POOR service and redid the garments for me perfectly.
