Can’t decide between reserve and supima

I have the reserve shams and the supima pillow cases. They both feel so luxurious I can’t decide which bedding set to go with next. Possibly a mixture…sheets reserve, duvet supima? Anyways both are so lovely.

Was told they resist stains - but they seemingly do the opposite!

Within 48 hours, I noticed the pillow cases looked dirty and had smudges on them from normal use. I threw them in the wash and they came out looking the same. I have tried various spot cleaning tactics on them, but nothing is working. Disappointing they already look a year old in a few weeks and the sales girl assured me part of why they are so $$$$ is because they resist stains.... I feel like they are a magnet for stains!
