Wish I was happier

The couch looked pretty in the store. I was recommended this over the brea couch because the brea was known for saggy. This couch is poorly constructed, and already showing signs of wear after minimal use. The cushions lose shape quickly, the fabric feels cheap, and it offers little to no support. When we called customer service they sent new cushions however did not help. We were also told we can return and place the payment on hold until we resolve the issue however that was untrue

Sadly also replacing it after 2 years

Cushions sliding. Doesn’t stay together. Cushions feeling squished and not a $5,000+ sofa. Maybe Jordan’s quality.

Looks nice is cheaply made

Looks nice enough. Presented alright on the showroom floor. Felt ok at home the first week or two, then the cushions flattened out like 20 year old past their prime bed pillows. Furthermore the frame started making creaking noises 6-8 weeks in. It’s truly a garbage couch. We bought it in January, received it in April and by Mid-July have purchased another couch. That is how bad this is. Do not buy this couch.
