George and Angie - Great Customer Service Experien

The jewelry manager - George - and Angie from beauty were SO incredibly helpful when I purchased this ring. I had originally purchased an item that I was not satisfied with, and I needed to return it. I felt bad needing to return it because I am not one to return, but George and Angie’s main objective was making sure that I was a happy customer. Their patience, their help, and their dedication to me as their customer shows how committed they are to the Bloomingdales mission and what Bloomingdales stands for, when it comes to customer service of course. As a result of their great customer service, I ended up spending twice as much as I had originally spent. Huge shout out to George and Angie!
