Sparkling ring

The ring is beautiful. Please note: there is inclusion in the emerald still though it is normal with natural emeralds from what I have read. HOWEVER, I have a complaint. I shopped through Rakuten for cashback and was told it was not activated so the large sum I should be getting back is null. I have been shopping through Rakuten for years; this should not have happened. I followed up immediately after the order did not show up under "pending" cashback. After WEEKS of going back and forth, I was notified I would not be getting any cashback after the return period passed. EXTREMELY UPSET.
