Fly me to the Moon

The mosaic pendent itself is beautiful, however the link chain it’s paired with is of poor quality, I returned it!

Missing the Lobster Claw Clasp

Arrived with a tiny spring ring clasp, not a lobster claw clasp as advertised. Arrived "used" looking, dingy for 14K, and person who boxed it did not know anything about placing a necklace or anything about the 3-D packaging as it as upside down and the cardboard was folded over on top of the pendant & necklace. Shame on Bloomies for "sending me wrong or repaired with wrong clasp" jewelry and wasting customer money and time & expense to return it.
