Mediocre

The items were not a $200 value. Most were deluxe sample sizes that are given out as GWPs during events. I did like the hand sanitizer and the mini candle.

Missing & damaged

This box came severely damaged. There were supposed to be three different boxes delivered and only two were delivered. And those two were severely damaged. I’ve been shopping at Bloomingdales for years and years and have spent a lot of money there and I’m very disappointed. I tried to call to speak to Person directly but could not get to a person online. I kept being asked questions by AI instead
