Great quality but learn how to use black steel

The pancakes have the top quality on this pan but you should be aware of how to use the pans made of black steel as they have high warm conductivity and you must be trained not to burn your pancakes. Once you have the necessary habits how to use it the quality is excellent.

Not corrosion stain resistant

I was very ready to give 5 stars review for this product until today. I love the size and handle of this pan, perfect for pancake making. Very happy for 3 weeks since I started using it. Then after a wash last night for which I would not say I was scrubbing heavily handedly, I saw such corrosion and stain on the pan (see picture). So I am very disappointed by it since the product is supposed to be durable, strong and corrosion- and stain-resistant. Think I will ask a replacement or money back.

Black carbon pan

Product cleans easily with soap and water. Cooks eggs and meat equally perfect. Heats up on medium heat quickly with minimal amount of oil or butter. Pancakes cook evenly without sticking. Pleased with this pan.

Flat frying pan

I bought this pan to use in oven baking & it’s great
