Broken Lid/No Replacement = A Disappointment

I bought this for my lunch as a school educator and happily used it until I got a job with lunch included. Fast forward two years later and my youngest kiddo needs to take a lunch due to food sensitivities. They've been using the lunch box for the last month and the lid handles just broke today. I came on here to buy a replacement lid (who doesn't make a replacement lid?) only to find that the handles break frequently and that no replacement lid is offered. My lunch kit is out of warranty so I am out of luck. I guess we'll be winging it with a broken lid. I am beyond disappointed that a) this is a common problem that you haven't addressed yet and b) I can't even purchase a replacement lid.

Love it!

There are some small improvements I would make, but overall I am loving this salad container! My suggestions would be to make the dressing lid seal better, it always feels like it doesn't fully seal, like it wobbles a bit when it's on but it stays on. And I wish you could snap the lid on without the divided insert to shake the salad, but instead I just hold the top on when I shake it. It has made taking a salad to work so much easier than bringing 4 containers like I used to!

Lids break too easily

I was coming to the page to double check if the glass is oven safe (it is yay!) then saw all the reviews about the container lids breaking and wanted to echo that. I bought the glass salad container duo almost a year ago. I really like them. I can carry my lunch and all my snacks for the day in one tidy package. BUT about 5 months in one of the snaps started falling off all the time (annoying but whatever) then the whole arm broke off from the top ugh. I reached out about a replacement lid and they said they can only replace the whole unit resulting in 2 lids and 3 sets in my cupboards. Now 10 months later the other lid broke in the same way. I know they are still under warrantee but I don't want a 4th set taking up room in my cupboard, I just want a lid. I'm really hoping this is a nudge to add solo lids to the replacement inventory. Also guess long term plans to improve the lids would be really helpful.

Long time Fan, extremely disappointed

Love the bowl. I've been using them for three years! I like that it’s glass and the size, but unfortunately, these lids break so often, and the warranty just replaces the entire bowls. Not eco-friendly! Just redesign the lid and make it a solid piece like the plastic model you have! A single molding. Please do better with your product. Offer this fix to the people who love these glass bowls. Please get your act together.

The lid breaks and isnt fixable or replaceable

I love this container and keeping my salad fresh! However, i have purchased 3 glass and 3 plastic and the lids are broken on all of them! Also, cannot find where able to purchase new lids with clips. Its a design flaw for sure!

An Easier Pack

Using a bowl has been far more easy to pack items than the rectangular bos. It is deeper and can hold larger items such as corn on the cob.

Horrible LID!

I loved the idea of this product, I bought 4 containers so that I could meal prep my salads for the week!!! I’m now only have 1 container to due the poor quality of the “snap/lock” LID. The lid either breaks while trying to close the container or it doesn’t quite close properly! This is so frustrating because I really loved the container and this was the only problem but it completely undermines the point of the lock in fresh!!
