Great cut and colors for a dress!

This is a beautiful dress with fun colors. It’s a lot brighter IRL. I really love how the tiers fall and where the waist is placed. I have a smaller torso and chest and agree that it would be a snug fit for larger busts. It’s very flattering and a great summer dress.
