Nice Dress Way Too Small

I have no idea how this dress was measured and made or on what model it was tried on. Im always a size 6. Ordered a size medium because of previous reviews. As per size chart M=8-10, I could fit in the dress, just couldnt move. Super tight. I will reorder and try a size L=12,14. For reference Im 5'4, 135lbs, 34D, 30, 37. Bust area fit ok, It was the waist and hip area that was way too tight and I am flat behind.

Great cut but runs small

Incredibly flattering but runs small. The fabric feels like a bedsheet and is see-thru. I am normally a small but the small is really snug. I may try a medium and see if I can have a liner sewn into it. Love the overall shape of it.
