Material was snagged right from the package

I ordered this to ship to store and glad I did. Right from the package one of the dresses was snagged - and I ordered 2 sizes bc sometimes Aqua runs large or small depending. Here though I didn't try either on because one was snagged right from the box and I returned both dresses on the spot. Also, the colors were a bit more orange than the photos. It could have been a great dress but with one already being snagged I didn't take a chance on the other.
