I love my new boots and the sales associate helped me ordered my size when they didn't have then in the store. It didn't take long to get them either. Very elegant.

Extremely Poor Quality
I love the style, but absolutely horrendous quality. I wore them once, a normal 15-minute walk to work + work day, and both boots already developed a hole at the front of the toe, with the sole wearing down almost completely. Boots should be able to handle basic daily use. For comparison, I have another pair of black booties I’ve worn for four years and they still look better than these after a single day. I tried requesting a refund, but it was denied. Save your money, these are not worth it.
