Exquisite dress!

This is truly a beautiful gown. I am not usually a ruffle gal, but the flowers/ruffles along the shoulder line are really exquisite and lay perfectly - as does the body of the dress with the gathering at the waist on the side. I returned it only b/c it was too dressy for the occasion but I wish I had a reason to keep it. TTS, perfect weighting, gorgeous back to make anyone feel beautiful
