Could have been so right

Thus dress has great silky material. It is a cute length (not for work). But the awkward low and wide cut neckline stinks, and you cannot tell that this dress is low cut from the picture. Also the ruching on the waist is not true ruching in that it is two elastic waists about an inch apart. This causes the ruching to bubble and makes it look like a fat roll. I wear an 8 and ordered a M.
