Poor design and quality

Not only was it hard to get them on and off, the "gold" plating faded a few weeks after purchase. Waste of money.

Bad Design

The earrings are just what I was looking for in every way, except that the hoop is too thick for an endless closure, which only works if the hoop itself is flexible. Otherwise, there is no way to separate the ear wire from the hoop at a width that makes it easy to insert the wire into the ear. One of two things will happen here: you'll either distort the hoop or distort the ear wire—either way, do that enough and one or both will break.
