Fabulous Dress Order One Size Down

I bought medium but had to exchange for a small. The cut is nice, the fabric is a nice, heavy denim. Can be worn in summer alone, or in winter, over a shirt/blouse/sweater. Very easy to dress up or down, so a very good value and great for travel.

Beautiful dress but the upper portion runs big. I’m 5’6”, 135LBS & 34D. Considering sizing down to an XS or simply get this dress tailor from the top.
