  • Materials & Care

    • Candles: premium soy wax blend, essential and perfume-grade fragrance oils; vessel: black glass with a soft matte finish or concrete; diffuser: high-quality alcohol-free, perfume-grade fragrance oils; rattan reed sticks; vessel: black glass
    • When lighting for the first time, burn until the pool of melted wax reaches the edge of the glass, not more than 3-4 hours. Trim wick(s) to ¼" before each lighting. Keep debris out of wax. Discontinue burning when ½" of wax remains or glass may shatter.

Sexy and dark. Perfect for shenanigans

I freaking love this scent. It smells like intrigue and trysts. It’s sexy and spicy and perfect for a moody vibe that includes dirty martinis and firelight. You can’t live your best life until you buy it.

Disappointed

Huge fan of this brand, and the charcoal is my absolute favorite that exists. Recently purchased a 3 wick and from the first lighting it burned so unevenly, like 3 tiny tea lights straight down. I tried cutting out wax to help and honestly it's just a huge mess. Feel like I just threw that money in the trash. Never happened before so hoping it was just a mishap.

caught fire!!!

I’ve bought this candle twice now and both times it has fully caught on fire with the entire inside turning into a pillar of flames! The first time this happened was a couple of years ago and I thought surely it was a fluke so I bought another one since I love the scent. It was not a fluke! The second one fully caught fire and melted a portion of my TV that is mounted above the mantle where it was burning. I’m talking 6in pillar of flames filling the entire candle. Now my house smells like apotheke charcoal x melted plastic and my husband has burns on his hands from trying to put it out. Love the scent but can’t recommend due to the fire hazard :(

Charcoal is the way to go

It was a Christmas gift, at first smelling it I thought wouldn’t like it. After lighting it I love it! Especially after cooking, it get rid of the smell instantly. Definitely on my list to get more!
