Beautiful china BUT....

These are gorgeous but, unfortunately, there is a significant difference in the look of the set since 4 years ago - apparently the company had to find a new manufacturer, so the hand-painting and the pattern are not the same. This is a problem for me as I have been adding to my daughter's collection over the 4 years since her wedding and her set DOES NOT MATCH. Bloomingdale's was NO HELP and refused to exchange the older plates for the new design so she could have a matching set because they said they no longer had a record of her registry since it was 4 years ago. This seems bogus. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the customer service.
