Huge disappointment.

Very disappointing appearance to this belt. The website says it is a burnished finish, but there is absolutely no shine to this belt at all. The finish is dull and cheap looking, like a lower grade department store belt. This is completely inconsistent with a previous Allen Edmonds belt of mine that has retained its beautiful finish over the years.

Finish

This belt is not as advertised. Arrived with a matte finish instead of glossy. Very disappointing from Allen Edmonds.

Leather Finish

I am a too frequent purchaser of AE USA/Italy products. I purchased this belt in both black and brown. When the black belt was simply unrolled straight, the finished leather wrinkled. This happened to two of the belts. Interestingly, this did not happen with the same belt in brown.

Not the same

This belt is not of the same quality that I have been accustomed to with Allen Edmond products. It is thinner ma trial not thinner in width. It also stretches easily making the belt extend resulting in considerable overlapping at the buckle
