order cancellation

very disappointed that When I ordered this jacket on 11/22 I get an email that they cancelled my order on 11/23 at midnight explaining there was no more stock and it was unavailable. my order went thru on 11/22 with no problem. I called customer service yesterday 11/24 to explain the situation. I have been a customer for many years and there was no apology nor an explanation as to why this jacket was cancelled last minute. I checked it online nearly every day for over a month to get my size. Bloomingdales has changed over the years with regard to their customer service and This should not have happened. Not happy with my experience and customer support team.

Fun but Classy!

Love the jacket. Very classy and fun. Did see it on Elbert promo after I bought it- and she dresses weird. However with black it looks polished and stylish. It does run big and sleeves are long. I’m 5’6”.
