Fits so weird!

This dress is gorgeous. I saw it in Bloomingdale’s like three times and finally decided to try it on because I thought I would get it for myself as a birthday present. I’m so glad I tried it before buying it. It fits so strangely. I am consistently a size 2, bra size 34C/D (this will become relevant later) and I tried on a small. The top half of this dress did not even come close to fitting. It was all good up until the waistband and then the upper half of the dress just didn’t make sense. First of all, the bra cups are teeny tiny, there’s no way anyone larger than an A cup can fit. They also don’t land at the correct part of the torso, at least for me, so my boobs were just literally spilling out. Also the shoulder straps were too short, even at their longest setting. I would have a size up, but I don’t think even a large would have fit on top. It’s super disappointing, but I figured I would leave a review and save someone else the same strife. The dress is a work of art, though.
