Knock off supplier

Don’t bother buying this from Macy’s, at first spray the amount of alcohol is overpowering. It says parfum, but it smells like eau de toilette, and after an hour, the fragrance is gone. Stick to buying it at Bloomingdale’s, which carries the real parfum..

After a few weeks with Acqua di Parma Buongiorno Eau de Parfum, I’m hooked. It opens with vibrant citrus that instantly wakes me up but stays soft and pleasant all day. This is definitely unisex in that pleasant citrus/herby way. Opens with spearmint, dries down to a perfect abstract summery woody/citrus.The opening is fresh, natural and invigorating. You can smell the mint, citruses and herbal notes. In the dry down woody notes and slightly sweet musk start to come out. This fragrance really lifts the mood.Projection is not too strong, I would say moderate for a few hours. Longevity is pretty good for a fresh fragrance like this one.A beautiful mint, a real lemon. A very strong summer scent.

Stunning fragrance

I’ve followed the buongiorno candle for years and have adored the scent. I stumbled across this perfume yesterday and couldn’t believe it as I’ve always said it needs to be a perfume. I bought it straight away although the sales rep ( not space nk) was very pushy. It’s a stunning burst of fresh minty citrus which I adore. It reminds me of being on holiday and I will love this for our honeymoon in Italy. I’ve knocked one star as it doesn’t last long and after 3 hours or so I can’t smell it at all however this is normally the case with fresh scents

Okay

Love the bottle color. I smelled it blind hoping that the bottle color indicated it would be something with citron. What I got was lots of spearmint, basil, and rosemary right out of the gate. The spearmint is distinctly spearmint and not mint which is cool.Acqua di Parma. Buongiorno starts off with a blast of citrus and mint and then proceeds to settle to a more herbacious and woody base for the dry down. Buongiorno is an amazing mint fragrance.

Perfection!

Tried this in-store today and it is just perfect in the sunshine! It reminds me of the blue line of fragrances from Acqua di Parma, in particular the Mandarino di Sicilian, but the spearmint is a lovely addition and this fragrance is smoother and less sharp. I put it on my skin about 3 hours ago and it’s still going strong so it seems like performance is pretty good for a freshie. I think I’m going to have to add this one to my collection for the summer!
