HEAT DAMAGE??

When I received the item from UPS it was EXTREMELY hot and it had probably been left at that temperature for days on the UPS truck. I expressed concerns as the item wasn't packaged to protect it from TEXAS HEAT. I called Bloomingdale's about my concerns they were clueless. Product instructions specifically say that it shouldn't be over 77° for long periods because it could damage active ingredients I will be returning!

What in the hello is this stuff!! I've used it morning and night for 10 days straight now, and all I can say is wow!! This stuff is amazing! My pores are smaller, fine lines are less noticeable and my skin just feels amazing!! The only bad thing I can say is that it's very expensive. I wish I could afford to use all of their products because they are outstanding! "I received this product for free from La Mer for testing and review purposes."
