Beautiful, but particular

These pots are clearly quality as they are very heavy duty, and they look beautiful. However, it’s taking me a while to figure out how to use them. The direction say if stuff sticks to it, they’re too hot. The pots do require some preheating to get to the right temperature and that can take a bit. Then you need to cook on pretty low heat so that nothing sticks to it, so it’s a slower process that I’m used to. Still getting used to it.
