Defective Shoes & Poor Customer Service

Dear Bloomingdale’s Customer Service, I purchased a pair of designer shoes from Bloomingdale’s and was shocked to receive display shoes without being given the option to exchange or return them when I first reached out. The second time I wore them, they broke. When I contacted customer service again, I was told there was nothing you could do. This is unacceptable for a high-end purchase and far below the standard I expect from Bloomingdale’s. I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the way my concerns have been handled. I strongly believe this issue deserves resolution
