Arrived soaking wet and ruined

We usually love our Ugg products and I'm sure these would have been nice too. However,I'm not sure what happened with the shipping. The Uggs arrived wet and wrapped in a plastic bag that would normally line a small garbage can. We are used to getting a new pair Uggs in an Ugg box.The wet shoes in the plastic bag were placed in a box with other items from the order. The other part of the order was fine. There was no wet weather and the package was taken in as soon as it arrived. It feels like something happened at the distribution point. Very disappointed as we love Bloomingdales.
