Holy grail carpet cleaner!

We bought this vacuum a couple of months ago and after using it a handful of times I can write a review on it! Hands down this is the best carpet cleaner we have ever owned. It has made our living room rug look new and our bedroom carpet brand new when we built our custom home. The only con is having to dump out the water very often because of how small the tank is but other than that 10/10 carpet cleaner. You will get a bang for your buck! If you have kids or pets that leave a mess, this works magic!

Lifesaver

I’ve had this carpet cleaner for just about a year now, and it has truly been a lifesaver. Between a dog with frequent stomach issues and a 17-year-old cat who isn’t exactly cooperative, I deal with more messes than I’d like. This is my first carpet cleaner, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I have borrowed others in the past that were far too bulky or complicated to use regularly. This machine, however, is incredibly user-friendly—lightweight, easy to maneuver, simple to take apart, clean, and reassemble. It makes tackling pet messes so much faster and less stressful. I primarily use the stain-striker feature, but I’ve also tried the full vacuum mode and it works very well. I’ve removed stains I thought were permanent and eliminated cat urine odors that no online “miracle remedy” could touch. For ease of use and effectiveness, this has honestly been one of my favorite purchases ever, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat. My only complaint is that I wish the suction were a little stronger. It also struggles with tougher jobs—like my beige ottoman that my dog has claimed—but for everyday stains and odors, it’s fantastic. Overall, if you have pets and want something that’s easy to use, this is absolutely worth it.

I LOVE my Shark

I have 3 Great Danes. One is elderly and leaks when she sleeps, and another has birth defects the leave her with limited bowel and bladder control. Needless to say, I have to clean my carpets A LOT. I have used other less expensive carpet cleaners. They all required more time and labor with barely satisfactory results. I decided to spend exta on a Shark carpet cleaner. I am glad I did. Not only has my Shark removed the stains left by other brands, but it is easier to use and MUCH easier to clean than any other carpet cleaner that I have used. It has also cut my carpet shampooing time by more than half.

Didn’t work as well as expected

Bought this a few weeks ago and doesn’t work as well as I thought. When using, it left streaks and clean spots in certain areas. Seemed that when dispersing the cleaning liquid and water was uneven. Pretty disappointing as I own multiple shark products and are happy with them except for this carpet cleaner. Not to mention the amount of money I spent on this. carpet cleaner

Terrible. DO NOT BUY!

I just bought this yesterday and tried it today. Brand new out of the box and every 90 seconds it turns off saying DWT (dirty water tank) full. Except it’s not. Apparently, even though this is designed for use by those with pets, if a dime size piece of fur covers the tiny 1”x2” foam filter it shuts off. I’ve stopped and cleaned the filter 3x now and so far have a 3ft section cleaned.
